आज हमारे देश में जो भी जन  सेवक है उनके लिए पेंशन का प्रबंध  है। पर जो सरकारी कर्मी हैउनके लिए पेंशन का प्रबंध   नहीं है।

                               जो जनता के  लिए सेवा भाव रखते हैं , उनको पेंशन की क्या जरूरत है. हम सब जानतेहै की जो भी जन  प्रतिनिधि एक बार भी चुना गया वो फर्श से अर्श पे पहुँच जाते है । कुछ अच्छे  लोग भी है, जो जनता की सेवा करते है। जिनकी संख्या काफी कम है। कुछ ऐसी भी जनप्रतिनिधि  है इनके पास पहले से बहुत पैसा है ,जो की उनकी पारिवारिक सम्पति होती हैउनको पेंशन की कोई जरुरत नहीं है.  जो जन  सेवक एक दिन के लिए भी चुना जनता है , उनको भी पेंशन का प्रावधान है ये कहाँ तक सही है? और वही दूसरी ओर एक सरकारी सेवक २०-३० साल तक नौकरी करके भी पेंशन का हक़दार नहीं बन पता है,  कैसा  प्रबंध है ये?

                    जहाँ नेता जी लोगो की फायदे  की बात होती है सभी पार्टिया एक हो जाती है. क्यूंकि इसमें उनका हित  साधा रहता है. पेंशन का प्रावधान सब सरकारी सेवक के लिए होना चाहिए। साथ में एक बात और रखना चाहता हूँ की जो लोग प्राइवेट में काम करते हैं , उनके लिए भी उचित माध्यम से पेंशन की प्रबंध  की जाये। 

 

               पेंशन रिटायरमेंट के बाद काम आने वाली चीज़ है और ये को जरुरत होती  है। सररकार को  इस मुद्दे  पर गौर करना चाहिए और इसे सही रूप में   लागु करना  चाहिए जिससे सब के साथ न्याय  हो।

अगर किसी ने अपना सारा जीवन किसी संस्था को दिया है , तो पेंशन मिलना उसका अधिकार है।  और ये उसको मिलना ही  चाहिए। क्यूंकि रिटायरमेंट के बाद वो और कोई काम सायद नहीं   कर पता है।  उसकी जीवन यापन के लिए ये  बहुत ही जरुरी है।  

पेंशन एक बहुत बारे हेल्प होता है , जो रिटायरमेंट के बाद इंसान को काम आता है। जैसे उसकीै  दवाओं का खर्च इत्यादि।

 ऐसे बहुत सरे सांसद और विधायक है , जो एक सदन से वेतन ले रहे है ,और दूसरे सदन से पेंशन भी। जब ३० साल की सेवा देने के बाद भी दूसरे कर्मचारियों को पेंशन नहीं तो माननीय लोगो को पेंशन क्यों ?

फ़िलहाल देस भर में कुल २७२२ पूर्व संसद (दोनों सदन)को प्रतिमाह पेंशन दिया जाता है।पूर्व संसद के पेंशन पर प्रतिवर्ष करीब ९९ करोड़ २२ लाख रूपये खर्च हो रहे है अलग आलार राज्यों में पेंशन की भी ऐसी ही स्थिति है। में  आपको उदहारण के तोर पर बिहार का डाटा बता रहा हूँ। 

बिहार विधान सभा के पूर्व विधायकों की संख्या १००८ है और इनके पेंशनपर प्रतिवर्ष करीब ६० करोड़ ७३   लाख रुपये खर्च हो रहे है। इस तरह सांसदों की तुलना में बिहार् के पूर्व विधयाको की संख्या लगभग एक तिहाई है , लेकिन पेंशन राशि में सिर्फ ३९ करोड़ का अंतर है।जबकि इस डाटा में एमएलसी के पेंशन खर्च को शामिल नहीं किया गया है।

पूर्व सांसद को प्रतिमाह २५ हजार रुपये प्राप्त (प्रतिवर्ष २ हजार की बढ़ोतरी)पेंशन मिलती है , तो दूसरी तरफ बिहार के पूर्व विधायकों को प्रतिमाह ३५ हजार(प्रतिवर्ष ३ हजार की  बढ़ोतरी) रुपये मिलते है।  यानि प्रतिमाह और बढ़ोतरी दोनों में बिहार के पूर्व विधायक आगे है। लेकिन निति आयोग के अनुसार बिहार गरीब राज्यों में शामिल है। 

अगर आप हर राज्य की स्टडी करे को और भी चौकाने वाले रिपोट्स निकल के आएंगे। पेंशन अगर १ दिन के विधायक /संसद को मिल जाता है तो लम्बी सर्विस के बाद दूसरे लोगो को क्यों नहीं। ये अन्याय है।

The public servants who are elected even for a day, they also have the provision of pension, to what extent is this
true? And on the other hand a government servant does not become entitled to pension even after doing a job for 20-30 years, how is this arrangement?

 Because in this their interest involved. There should be provision of
pension for all government servants. Together I want to keep one more thing that for those who work in private, pension should also be arranged for them through proper channel.

 Pension is a useful thing after retirement and it is needed. The government should consider this and implement it properly so that justice is done to all.

If someone has given his whole life to any organization, then it is his right to get pension. And he must get it. Because after retirement, he is not able to do any other work. It is very important for his survival.

Pension is a great help, which is useful to a person after retirement. Like the cost of his medicines etc.

There are many such MPs and MLAs, who are getting salary from one house and pension from other house. When there is no pension for other employees even after giving 30 years of service, then why pension to honorable people?

At present, a total of 2722 former Parliaments (both houses) are given pension every month across the country. About Rs.99 crore 22 lakhs are being spent annually on the pension of the former Parliament. The situation of pension in different states is also similar. I am telling you the data of Bihar on the basis of example.

The number of former MLAs of Bihar Legislative Assembly is 1008 and about 60 crore 73 lakh rupees are being spent on their pension every year. In this way, the number of former MLAs of Bihar is about one third as compared to MPs, but there is a difference of only 39 crores in the pension amount. While this data does not include the pension expenditure of MLCs.

The former MP gets a pension of Rs 25,000 per month (an increase of 2 thousand per annum), while on the other hand, the former MLAs of Bihar get Rs 35,000 per month (an increase of 3 thousand per year). That is, the former MLA of Bihar is ahead in both per month and increase. But according to NITI Aayog, Bihar is included in the poor states.

If you study every state, more shocking reports will come out. If the MLA/Parliament gets pension for 1 day, then why not other people after long service. This is injustice.
