कोई भी उपलब्धि कभी छोटी   नहीं होता है,वो  हमको आने वाले चैलेंज के लिए प्रेरित करती  है।

सिंपल चिज है, अगर कोई छोटा टारगेट पूरा नहीं कर सकता, तो कभी भी बड़ा टारगेट पूरा नहीं कर पाएगा।

अगर लक्ष्य छोटा हो तो आसानी  से  प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। और इससे आपका मनोबल भी बढ़ता है।
हमेशा  शुरुआत छोटे लक्ष्य  से ही करना चाहिए।  । जिसे हमको उसे पूरा करने में आसनी हो और, उसे हम आसानी से हासिल कर सके  या पूरा कर सके ।

मैं आपको एक उदाहरण बता रहा हूं।   आज हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी हैं। हम सब जानते हैं उन्हें अपनी जिंदगी की शुरुआत एक चाय बचने   से की थी, और आज वो  दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र के  मुखिया बन गए है ।

योग्यता जो भी हो कभी छोटी नहीं होती। वह  आपको आने वाले  उपलभ्धियों  के लिए प्रोत्शाहित  करती  है।

धीरूभाई अंबानी ने अपनी लाइफ की शुरवात काफी छोटे से बिज़नेस की थी। आज  हम लोग देख सकते है। अम्बानी फॅमिली दुनिया के गिने -चुने अमीरो में से है। कोई भी इंसान शुरुआत छोटे से ही करता है। और समय और मेहनत के साथ वो बड़ा होता जाता है। 

जितने भी आमिर लोग है दुनिया के सबकी लगभग यही कहानी है।  उन्होंने अपनी जिंदगी की शुरुआत छोटे से ही की और बाद में वो बड़े होते गए।  अचानक से कोई भी इंसान किसी शीर्ष पे नहीं पहुँच जाता है।  उसको वहां पहुँचने में समय और मेहनत दोनों लगता है।

आपको जो निचे पेपर कटिंग में फोटो दिख रहा है , वो इस साल का आईएएस टोपर है। उनकी भी यही राय है ,की आप छोटे-छोटे लक्ष्य को निर्धारित कर उसमे सफलता प्राप्त कर सकते है।  और जैसे जैसे आप छोटे लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करते जायेंगे , वैसे -वैसे आपकी मनोबल बड़े लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए और मजबूत होती जायेगी । 

छोटा टारगेट प्राप्त करना ज्यादा आसान होता है।  शुरूआत के लिए यही अच्छा  होता है. जिससे आप बाद बड़े टारगेट के बारे में प्लान कर सकते हो।  

आप जहाँ भी सफल लोगो को देखोगे उन सबो ने ऐसे ही अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया है। लाइफ में बड़े बनने के लिए छोटे -छोटे मुश्किलों को पहले पर करना पड़ता है।  तभी इंसान आगे बड़े  प्लानिंग कर सकता है।

Whatever the qualification is, it is never small. She encourages you for the achievements to come.

Dhirubhai Ambani started his life with a very small business. Today we can see. Ambani family is one of the few richest  people in the world. Any person starts with small. And with time and hard work it gets bigger in life.

All the Rich people in the world have almost the same story. He started his life small and later he grew up. No one ever reaches the top all of a sudden. It takes both time and effort to get there.

The photo you see in the paper cutting below is this year's IAS topper. He is also have same opinion, that you can achieve success by setting small goals. And as you keep on achieving the small goal, your morale will get stronger to achieve the big goal.

Achieving a smaller target is easier. This is good for a start. So that you can plan for bigger targets later.

Wherever you see successful people, all of them have achieved their goal in the same way. To become big in life, small difficulties have to be done first. Only then can a person do big planning ahead.
