जिस प्रकार शरीर    को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए उत्तम आहार की जरुरत होती है , उसी प्रकार दिमाग को संतुलित रखने के लिए उत्तम विचार की जरुरत होती है।

मूर्खो को समझाने में अपना वक़्त बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहिए, क्यूंकि ऐसे लोग वही सुनना चाहते है , जो वो सुनना पसंद करते हैं। 

हमेसा दुखी रहने वाले लोगो से भी उचित दुरी बनाकर रहना चाहिए, क्यूंकि ऐसे लोग अपने दुःख से सामने वाले व्यक्ति के सोये हुए दुःख को भी जगा देते है।

किसी व्यक्ति से अधिक लगाव भी हानिकारक होता है , क्यूँकि  लगाव उम्मीद की तरफ बढ़ाता है,  और उम्मीदें हमेसा दुःख  का  कारण होता है। 

किसी दो कौड़ी के इंसान के पीछे भागने से लाख गुना अच्छा है, अपने सपनो के पीछे भागो। 

केवल प्रयास करने से   इंसान  सफल नहीं होता है, सफल  होने के लिए प्रयास  के साथ जिद्दी भी  होना पड़ता है।
