१) किसी से बहस न करें : कोई भी अपने गलती को जल्दी नहीं मानता। कई बार ऐसा भी होता है , सामने वाला से आप बहस में जीत लेते हैं लेकिन आप उसके दिल में जगह नहीं बना पाते। दिल में जगह बनाने के लिए कई बार गलती न रहते हुए भी गलती मान लेनी चाहिए। बहुत समय पति पत्नी में भी किसी बात को लेकर कुछ विवाद हो जाता है , और दोनों में से कोई गलती मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं होता है। ऐसे स्थिति में दोनों में से कोई एक अपनी गलती मान लेता है , वो बात वही पे ख़तम हो जायेगा। और सामने वाले के दिल में उसकी जगह और अछि हो जाएगी।

\२.)कभी किसी को गलत न ठहराये :-गैलेलियो ने कहा था , आप किसी को सीखा नहीं सकते , बल्कि सिखने में उसकी मदद कर सकते है। अगर कोई कुछ बोल रहा है , और उसमे कुछ गलती भी है तो आप उसको गलत मत ठहराइए। इससे बात और बिगड़ जाएगी। किसी को कुछ बोलना है अगर उसके बातो के उत्तर में तो "लेकिन `` शब्द का प्रयोग न करके, और शब्द का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। या आप बोल सकते है , जैसे मेरी राय में ऐसा होना चाहिए।

३.)अपनी गलती तुरंत मन ले :- अगर आपसे कोई गलती हो गयी है , और अपने तुरंत अपनी गलती मान ली तो वो बात वही खत्म हो जाएगी। जैसे :- आप कहीं अपनी गाड़ी से जा रहे है , और आपकी गाड़ी से किसी को धक्का लग जाता है , और अपने तुरंत अपनी गलती मानते हुए सामने वाले को सहायता देते है। तब बात वही खत्म हो जाती है। नहीं तो वहां तुरंत २०-३० लोग जमा हो जायेगे और आपको अंत में अपनी गलती मानना पड़ेगा वो भी फजीयत के साथ।

४.) सुकरात का रह्स्य :- जब भी आप किसी से मिलते है , बाते करते है ,तो सके मुँह से आप ३-४ बार हां बोलवा लीजिये। आप जब भी उससे बात करे , ऐसी बात करे ताकि वो आपकी बातो को सुनकर हां बोले। अपने देखा होगा ,जब भी आप किसी मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर को सुनते होंगे तो सुरुवात में ही आपसे हां बुलवा लेता है , ३-४ बार। इसका psycological इफ़ेक्ट होता है।
इसको आप अपने बच्चो पे भी इस्तेमाल कर सी कते है। अगर सुरुवात में ही आप बच्चो से हां बोलवा लेते है , तो आगे भी आपके बातो को वो उस समय में मानेंगे।

५.)सच्ची सहानभूति रखे :- आप जितने लोगो से मिलते है , उसमे बहुत सरे लोग सहानभूति के भूखे होते है। अगर आप उनसे सच्ची सहानभूति दिखाते है , तो वो हमेसा के लिए आपके लिए वफादार हो जायेगा। जब भी किसी छोटे बच्चे को चोट लगती है , तो वो अपनी माँ के पास जाता है रोते हुए , उसकी माँ उसको थोड़ा सा फुक लगा देती है। और उस बच्चे की दर्द ख़तम हो जाती है।

५.)सामने वाले को चुनौती दे :- अगर आप सामने वाले को किसी बात लिए चुनौती देते है , की चीज़ नहीं कर सकते हो , तो वो उस काम के लिए अपनी जी जान लगा के उसको पूरा करता है। आप इस चीज को बच्चो के साथ इस्तमाल कर सकते हैं। .
