दरअसल टैलेंट,टैलेंट  नहीं, वो आपका इंटरेस्ट होता है। आप जो बनाना चाहते हो याह जो करना चाहते हो वह चाहत (इंटरेस्ट) होता है। हम लोगों के पास जितना ज्ञान होता है हम लोग उसी में से अपने अंदर के कौशल को खोजते हैं।

अपनी स्किल को डेवलप करने के लिए अपने ज्ञान  को बढ़ाना होता है, और वह भी उचित माध्यम  से। आपको स्किल डेवलपमेंट के लिए आपको कोच या टीचर की जरूरत होती है। क्यों क्योंकि वे लोग उस  फील्ड में विशेषज्ञ होते हैं।

स्किल डेवलपमेंट के लिए आपको नॉलेज लेना होता है वो भी उचित माध्यम से।


हमको इंटरेस्ट उसी के बारे  में होता है जिन सब चीजों की हमें  जानकारी  होती है। हमको दुनिया के सब चिज का पता नहीं होता है। क्या हो रहा है क्या नहीं हो रहा है। आम तौर पर हम क्या करते हैं। हमारे पास जो रिसोर्सेज है। ये जिस तरह के महल में रहते हैं ये जैसी हमारी फैमिली है उसके आधार पर अपने इंटरेस्ट तो हम तय कर लेते हैं।

इंटरेस्ट को डिस्कवर करने के लिए या खोजने के लिए पहले नॉलेज को बढ़ाना चाहिए।

हम सब जानते हैं पहले एक विश्वकोश नाम से सॉफ्टवेयर आता था।  जिसकी  की मदद से हम जानकारी  प्राप्त  करते थे।

बिना उचित ज्ञान के आप सही स्किल का फैसला नहीं ले सकते। ज्ञान की आवश्यकता होती है।   आपकी सही स्किल के निर्णय लेने के लिए।

बच्चे जब पढ़ाई कर रहे होते है।  तब उनकी रूचि जिस भी विषय में होती है , उसी के हिसाब से अगर वो अपना कैरियर चुनते है तो आगे वो जरूर सफल होते है।जरुरत है , अपने अंदर के टैलेंट को पहचानने का।अगर आप अपने टैलेंट से अलग कुछ अलग करते है तो , कभी भी सफल नहीं हो पायेंगे।.
