खुद पे विश्वास कीजिये देखिये दुनिया आपके मुठ्ठी में होगी।   कोई भी इंसान बड़ा जन्म नहीं लेता वो अपने कर्मो से बड़ा होता है।जैसा हम सोचते है वैसे ही हमारी आगे की जिंदगी भी  वैसे ही गुजरने लगती है। हमारी जिंदगी में हमारी सोच का का  और अपने ऊपर विश्वास का बहुत असर होता है। 

ऐसे बहुत सारे उदाहरण  है जहाँ देख सकते है की जिसने भी अपने उपर विस्वास किया की नहीं में इस काम के लिए नहीं किसी बड़े काम के लिए बना हूँ ,और उन्होंने अपनी जिंदगी में वो मुकाम भी  हासिल किया।  जैसे एक चायबेचने वाला इंसान आज दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लोकत्रंत का प्रधान मंत्री है। मदर टेरेसा को हम सब जानते है ,आज उनके नाम पर सैकड़ो चैरिटी चलती है वो हमारे देश में सेवा भाव से आयी थी और उन्होंने ये तय कर लिया था की मुझे यहाँ के लोगो के लिए कुछ बड़ा  और अच्छा करना है और तभी ये संभव हो पाया है। 

एक मामूली सा बस कंडक्टर थे रजनी कांत जो बाद में इतने बड़े सुपर स्टार बन गए।  महात्मा गाँधी एक साधारण वकील थे , जो बाद में चलकर  हमारे राष्ट्र पिता कहलाये।ये सब उनके  सिस्टम के कारन संभव हो  पाया , वो लोग समझ गए थे उनका जन्म कुछ बड़ा करने के लिए हुआ है। और उन्होंने किया। ऐसे सैकड़ो एक्साम्प्लेस हमारे आस-पास भी होंगे।

जिस दिन हमारा बिलीव सिस्टम (खुद पे विस्वास ) जाग जायेगा , उस दिन दुनिया हमारे लिए बदल जाएगी।  स्टीफेन हॉकिंग कॉलेज ड्राप थे , लेकिन उन्होंने डिजिटल दुनिया को चेंज कर दिया।  सफलता  के लिए हायर एजुकेशन उतना मायने नहीं रखती जितना अपने ऊपर विश्वास।  

आज मैक्सिमम लोगो की सोच बस इतनी होती है की मुझे कोई जॉब मिल जाये और में  जिंदगी अच्छे से काट लूँ। अगर हम छोटा सोचेंगे तो हमारी अचीवमेंट भी वैसी ही होगी। अगर हम ये   सोचे  की हमे नौकरी करनी नहीं नौकरी देनी है तो हम उस लायक बन पाएंगे।  अगर हम १ करोड़ मंथली कमाने का सोचे तो कम से कम ५० लाख तो कमा  लेँगे , लेकिन अगर हमरी सोच है की हमे २५००० रुपये वेतन  के रूप  मिलती है और ये  काफी है तो समझ लीजिये वहां के आगे हमारी डेवलपमेंट नहीं हो पायेगी।  

में आपको कुछ राज्यों का उदाहरण बता रहा हूँ जहाँ के लोगो का सोच बाकि राज्यों से थोड़ा अलग है और वहां के लोग नौकरी के जगह बिज़नेस में ज्यादा विश्वास  करते है , और वे आज सफल भी है। जैसे -गुजरात महाराष्ट्रा। 

जापान हमसे बाद में आजाद हुआ था लेकिन आप वहां की तरक्की देखो , जो आज वो इस्तेमाल कर  रहे है हम उसको १०० साल  के बाद इस्तेमाल करेंगे।  वहां के लोगो का सोच और खुद पे विश्वास भारत के लोगो से कहीं ज्यादा और अलग है।  हमारे यहाँ रेल जमीन पर चलती है और वहां उपर।  काफी फर्क है हमारे और वहां पे। 

ये सब हमारी सोच और खुद पे विश्वास पे निर्भर करता है। अमेरिका ने जापान पे २ बार परमाणु बम  से भी हमला किया ,लेकिन उसको कोई ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ा। उसको जो डेवलपमेंट करना है वो कर लिया है और आगे कर भी रहा है।  

हमारी सफलता और असफलता हमरे सोच पर निर्भर करता है। सारी कहानी हमार खुद पर विश्वास  उपर निर्भर करता है।

We all know Mother Teresa, today hundreds of charities run in her name, she came to our country with a sense of service and she had decided that I have to do something big and good for the people here and only then it is possible. Rajni Kant was a minor bus conductor who later became such a big superstar. Mahatma Gandhi was a simple lawyer, who later came to be called the father of our nation. All this was possible because of his system, those people understood that he was born to do something big. And he did. Hundreds of such examples will be around us too.

The day our believe system will wake up, the world will change for us. Stephen Hawking was a college drop, but he changed the digital world. Higher education doesn't matter as much as belief in yourself for success.

Today the thinking of maximum people is just that I should get some job and I should spend my life well. If we think small, then our achievement will also be the same. If we think that we do not want to do a job, we have to give a job, then we will be able to become worthy of that. If we think of earning 1 crore monthly, then we will earn at least 50 lakhs, but if we think that we get 25000 rupees as salary and this is enough then understand that our development will not be possible there.

I am telling you the example of some states where the thinking of the people is slightly different from the rest of the states and the people there believe more in business than in the job, and they are successful today too. Like - Gujarat Maharashtra.

Japan was liberated from us later but you see the progress there, what they are using today, we will use it after 100 years. The thinking and belief of the people there is more and different from the people of India. Here the train runs on the ground and over there. There is a big difference between us and there.

It all depends on our thinking and belief in ourselves. America also attacked Japan twice with atomic bombs, but it did not make much difference. Whatever development he wants to do, he has done it and is doing it further.

Our success and failure depend on our thinking. The whole story depends on our belief in ourselves.
